After several experiences in various Michelin starred restaurants, a Tour de France at Les Compagnons du Devoirs Unis and long evenings spent behind the stoves at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chef Roby puts his suitcases in the kitchens of the restaurant l’Esprit du 12éme.

His goal: make the art of “good eating” speaks beyond the walls of the hotel, offer to the epicureans of the district a bistronomic break and led all families on a culinary cruise in the heart of the product.
